Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Great service and hospitality. Good breakfast and dinner. Convenient shuttle to ski slopes. Magnificent mountain views. Close to spa and activities. Free entry to indoor pool. Good wifi in room.

Great value for money. Enjoyable stay with plenty of friendly staff and helpful suggestions for activities in the area. The hotel had plenty of brochures and maps available for hiking tours and other attractions. The sauna was a nice added bonus for guests to enjoy. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to many public transportation options and other attractions. A great place to stay for those on a budget or looking for a more laid-back vacation.
No drinking water available in the room was a bit inconvenient, but there was a fountain with fresh water nearby. Breakfast choices were a bit limited, but there were options for those who did not eat pork. Additionally, the rooms did not look quite as updated as they did in the pictures provided. Nonetheless, the staff more than made up for any shortcomings with their friendly demeanor and helpful recommendations. a great experience.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this hotel! the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with balconies overlooking the scenic mountains. Our children loved the toys and crayons provided by the friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide range of options. the hotel is conveniently located near bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The sauna was not always operational, which was a disappointment.

We loved the location of the hotel, close to the cableway and other attractions like Tre Cime and Lago di Braies. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and brochures. The breakfast was rich, and the dinners were five-course and delicious. The hotel had excellent facilities like a small sauna and free entry to an indoor pool in town.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The breakfast was ok and the room was clean and spacious. the location was quite convenient, close to the city center and easy to access public transport.
The staff was not friendly at all and they didn't seem interested in helping us with anything. the dinner was a disaster, the food was tasteless and the service was slow.
